Thank you so much for the Excel spreadsheet! I was feeling overwhelmed with having to track everything for last year. I knew all year that I should be doing it as it occurred, but I was not set up to do so. Plus it seems so hard to close out, get all customers input into Outlook (what I use) and make customer followup calls. I'm not near where I need to be. But I am gathering all my stuff as we speak and getting ready to input into Excel.
