Q.  I can't find my shopping cart or add things to my cart?

A.  Our Shopping cart is located on the top right hand side of our web site.  If your computers display settings are set to 800 x 600 you may need to scroll up and over to see your cart.  Our web site has been designed to work with over 80% of our online customer base which has their Display settings set at 1024 x 768.

 

Q.  Do you offer specials and discounts for customers?

A.  Yes, we inform our customers of all specials and discounts via our e-Newsletter (click to sign up), which is sent out 1-2 times monthly.  Certain specials and discounts are available EXCLUSIVELY through our e-Newsletter ONLY so be sure to sign up today!

 

Q.  How do I register or sign up to Log In to make my first purchase?

A.   There is no need to pre-register or Log In before ordering from our web site the first time.  Simply buy the items you want, hit the “Checkout,” button, near your shopping cart on the top right side of the screen (you may need to scroll), then fill in the required information.  All of your information will be remembered (except your credit information for security purposes) for your next visit and you may use the log in feature the next time you order from our site.

 

Q.  Do you have a minimum order for orders in the United States?

A.   We do have a $5.00 minimum for all orders.  We do suggest that you consider our minimum USPS Priority Mail shipping rate of $5.80 when ordering.  Most orders up to 2lbs which fit in our USPS Flat Rate Envelope will stay at $5.80 for shipping.  In other words make the most of your shipping and consider ordering more than 1-2 items.  Perhaps even order as a group to get the best bang for your buck!

 

Q.  Do you ship business enhancements internationally?

A.  Yes, we offer delivery anywhere the United States Post Office Delivers.

 

Q.  Do you offer a paper catalog? 

A.   To help keep costs down for our customers and to maintain our product availability real time, eliminating the need for backorders, we offer our products exclusively through our web site www.businessenhancements.com

 

Q.  Can you create Business Enhancements with my companies Name and Logo on them?
