Customer Satisfaction:  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We stand behind our products and will promptly issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not happy with your purchase in accordance with the information below.

Shipping:  We ship all US packages via United States Postal Service-Priority Mail.  Please allow 10 business days for delivery of your products unless otherwise specified during the checkout process. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your order in its entirety when the product arrives back in stock.

Return Policy:  Our return policy is simple. Products must be returned with a return authorization code (call us toll free 888-558-8987) in their original unopened or padded condition within 30 days of date of purchase. We will give a full credit for received merchandise, less shipping.  We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Products returned without a return authorization code will be issued a 90 day in store credit.  Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

Terms of Sale:  If you have any question concerning a transaction on your Credit Card Account call us toll free at 888-558-8987 (M-F 9am-4pm).  There is a $35.00 dispute fee for any transaction which is placed in dispute intentionally or accidentally by you or the original cardholder if it belongs to someone else.  This dispute fee pays for recovery costs and merchant account fees assessed.  Should the dispute result in a credit to the original credit card both the original amount of your purchase and the dispute fee will be due in full immediately upon notice at the e-mail address or phone number provided with the order.  Should you decide not to settle your account after delivery has been confirmed by the USPS within 7 days of being contacted your account will be turned over to a collection agency.

Online purchases are statistically safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Businessenhancements.com while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

 

Privacy Policy:  We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: first, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.   We will not e-mail you in the future unless you signed up to receive any our Industry specific Newsletters.  We provide a link to unsubscribe from our newsletters each time we send one out.  The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

 

You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into our website and checking your personal profile. If you find any inaccuracies you may delete or correct it promptly.
